I don’t subscribe to the notion of cookie cutter philosophies being applied to the imperfect science that is ‘People’. Being able to relate to and embrace the eclectic mix of people that make up an organisation is where the true value lies. People and businesses are not just black and white and I feel I do my best work in the grey and finding myself more often than not the calm amongst the storm amidst times of chaos.

I firmly believe that building strong relationships, having mutual trust and understanding what makes people tick; are key to unlocking people’s potential and getting the best out of them.
